Bag Riders is currently defending a lawsuit filed by Air Lift Company. We dispute the allegations and are confident in our legal position.
Because the matter is pending before the court, we cannot comment on the merits. We believe that healthy competition benefits consumers, and should be decided by product quality, innovation, and transparency. We are addressing this dispute through the appropriate legal process.
